The London- based design director of The Paint and Paper Library and color expert devised a line of historic colors for modern applications. He has collaborated with Stark to create this eco friendly, water- based , Leed certified zero VOC palette. The colors come in three finishes: Velvet Emulsion, Porcelain Shell and Lacquer Gloss.
