Tabletop is not the only thing that you will find at The Silver Peacock, owner Charlie Akwa calls her showroom the "final stop" where designers can go and pick up all the last minute things they need to finish a design.
Charlie has had retail stores in New York for the past 10 years but made her debut at the DDB just in time for Fall Market this week.
“It will grow my business tremendously,” said Charlie of being in the D&D Building. “I’ll have the opportunity to focus more on the trade and will be a lot more accessible to designers.”
You can find everything to finish a home all under one roof. With linens for the bed, bath and table, accessories for every room, as well as china, crystal, silver and much more.
“This showroom will enable designers to come to me ahead of time, instead of running all over the place for finishing touches, and in peace and quiet have everything ready to go," said Charlie.
And according to her, you won't find anything else like her stuff in the area.
